J’ai absolument adoré Micro, j’ai trouvé ça pertinant et crédible malgré l’aspect science-fiction. J’ai eu l’impression de lire Jurassic Park (du même auteur) mais dans le micro-world. J’ai découvert que Michael Crichton était mort durant l’écriture du livre et que Richard Preston avait repris l’écriture et bien je ne trouve que ça ne se connait absolument pas dans le récit.

Je l’ai lu en VO et j’ai trouvé le style très accessible aussi, malgré les termes scientifiques parfois, ça se comprend aisément !! Que ça soit en français ou en anglais la plume est accrocheuse.

L’auteur a le chic pour faire d’un thriller un roman très technique et scientifique, ce qui rend le roman beaucoup plus crédible, tout en restant très accessible pour le public. Il ne laisse pas la place pour le temps mort.

Avec Micro on découvre tout un monde invisible à l’oeil nu qui vivote dans partout autour de nous. On se rend compte qu’il y a des prédateurs à notre échelle, mais aussi à l’échelle « micro » et c’est fascinant !!
On a un peu l’impression d’avoir « Chéri j’ai rétréci les gosses » dans ce bouquin en version scientifique. Vraiment je le répète c’était passionnant. Le roman n’a rien d’extra-ordinaire puisque le sujet a déjà été traité et pourtant ça fonctionne encore et toujours.

Je ne peux que vous conseiller ce roman qui vous transportera non pas à Jurassic World mais à Micro World, là où les insectes remplacent les dinosaures et n’ont rien à leur envier.
